This policy applies to all mobile applications published by Majestic Studio on the Apple App Store, including our productivity, utility, photo, video, and media apps.

The short version: our Apps collect only anonymous, aggregated analytics to help us improve performance. We do not collect personal information. We do not sell data. Your photos and videos stay on your device.

Our Apps collect only the minimum data necessary to maintain and improve App quality. All data collected is anonymized and aggregated — it cannot be used to identify you personally.

How Analytics Are Collected

Analytics are collected through Apple's built-in analytics frameworks. You can opt out of analytics collection at the device level via Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements on your iPhone or iPad.

03 How We Use Data

The anonymized data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Diagnosing and fixing crashes or technical issues
  • Understanding which features are used most and least
  • Improving App performance and stability
  • Making informed decisions about future features and updates
  • Ensuring compatibility with new devices and operating system versions

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond improving the Apps you use.

04 Data We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit about what we do not collect, because we believe this matters.

  • Your location or GPS data
  • Your photos, videos, or any media you create or edit
  • Your contacts, calendar, or other personal data
  • Any account credentials or passwords

  • Financial information (all purchases are handled by Apple)

Our Apps may use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

Apple Analytics

We use Apple's native analytics tools, which are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. This data is aggregated and anonymized at the platform level. Learn more at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Apple App Store

All in-app purchases and subscription management are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by their own privacy policy.

No Advertising Networks

We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics platforms that collect personal data. There are no ads in our Apps.

06 Your Media & Files

Our photo, video, and media Apps process your files entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your media on our servers — ever.

  • All editing, processing, and rendering happens locally on your device
  • Any files you export or share are sent directly to your chosen destination — not through our servers
  • We never access your photo library beyond what you explicitly grant permission for within the App

You can review and revoke photo or media permissions at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos on your device.

07 Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with any information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove it.

08 Data Retention

Because we only collect anonymized, aggregated analytics data, there is no personal data to delete. Crash reports and performance diagnostics are retained only as long as necessary to resolve the underlying issue and are then purged automatically.

Since we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to "delete" upon request — but please contact us if you have any questions.

09 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding personal data including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Since we do not collect personal data, most of these rights are satisfied by design.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), California (CCPA), or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, you may contact us with any questions. We are committed to honoring your rights to the fullest extent required by law.
