Welcome to Majestic Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications ("Apps") published by Majestic Studio on the Apple App Store, including our productivity, utility, photo, video, and media applications.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use our Apps.
By accessing or using our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent.

Subject to these Terms, Majestic Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

All content, features, and functionality within our Apps — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, filters, editing tools, and software — are owned by Majestic Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content you create using our Apps (such as edited photos or videos) remains your property. However, the App's tools, filters, templates, and underlying technology that helped you create that content remain exclusively ours.
The Majestic Studio name, logo, and all related product names and marks are trademarks of Majestic Studio. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Some of our Apps offer optional in-app purchases, including premium features, additional filters, tools, templates, content packs, or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and policies.
Where applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as permitted by Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please visit Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Apps collect only anonymized, aggregated analytics data to help us understand how our Apps are used and to improve your experience. This data does not identify you personally.

Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Majestic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, files, or content — arising out of or in connection with your use of our Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We strongly recommend keeping backups of any photos or videos before processing them with our Apps. We are not liable for data loss resulting from App use, device failure, or other unforeseen events.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Majestic Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of our Apps; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you through an in-app message or other means.
Your continued use of our Apps after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Apps.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
You may stop using our Apps at any time by deleting them from your device. Upon termination, your license to use our Apps will immediately cease, and any in-app purchases or subscription benefits will no longer be accessible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
