All purchases made through our Apps are processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. Because of this, all refund requests must go through Apple directly — we do not have the ability to issue refunds ourselves.
This page explains how Apple's refund process works and what you can expect.
All purchases — including one-time purchases, in-app purchases, and subscriptions — are processed and managed by Apple Inc. through the App Store.
Majestic Studio does not collect or process any payment information and is unable to issue refunds directly.
Apple's standard policy considers all App Store purchases final. However, Apple does evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and many legitimate requests are approved. Common grounds for a successful refund include accidental purchases, unintended subscription renewals, or Apps that do not function as described.
Follow these steps to submit a refund request to Apple:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Locate the Majestic Studio App or in-app purchase you'd like a refund for in your purchase history.
Click the option next to the relevant purchase and choose the reason that best describes your situation.
Apple will review your request and respond via email, typically within 1–3 business days.
Alternatively, you can request a refund directly from your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History.
To prevent a subscription from renewing, you must cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling auto-renewal does not immediately end your subscription — you will retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you were charged for a subscription renewal you did not intend, please contact Apple via the steps in Section 02. Apple often approves refunds for unintentional renewals, especially when the cancellation was attempted around the renewal date.
Where offered, free trials allow you to try a subscription before being charged. To avoid being billed, cancel before the trial period ends. The cancellation steps are the same as those described in Section 03.
If you were charged unexpectedly after a free trial, please request a refund from Apple using the process in Section 02.
